During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Sales Assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will learn every aspect of store operations – from goods receiving and presentation to checkout and office tasks. You will advise customers expertly on organic products, help design promotions and seasonal campaigns, and ensure smooth processes in all sales areas, at the cheese and bakery counters, and in the bistro.

Your responsibilities:

• Attractive presentation of our organic food
• Competent, friendly customer service
• Operating checkout and balancing tills
• Implementing marketing measures and promotions
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Supporting seasonal displays and sales campaigns
