Retail Management Apprenticeship – Eichenau (2026)

Throughout your three-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every store department – from goods receipt and professional storage to attractive merchandising, customer consultation and checkout. You will learn to

• present fresh organic fruit & vegetables, bakery, cheese and bistro ranges,
• advise customers competently on the benefits of our organic products,
• implement marketing campaigns and promotions independently,
• plan orders, check deliveries and manage inventory,
• operate and balance the cash register reliably,
• ensure smooth daily store operations within the team.

You should have a good school-leaving certificate (intermediate level), enjoy dealing with people, a high degree of reliability and genuine interest in organic and natural products.

We offer you a varied, forward-looking apprenticeship with excellent prospects for permanent employment and further training. • Year 1: €1,200 gross per month
• Year 2: €1,250 gross per month
• Year 3: €1,300 gross per month

After passing your exam you will usually start your career at Denns BioMarkt on a permanent, full-time contract – with plenty of development opportunities and individual training options.
