Retail Management Trainee / Apprentice (m/w/d) – Erfurt 2026

During your 3-year retail management trainee programme at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department of our store: goods receipt & warehousing, checkout, fruit & vegetables, cheese & bakery counter, bistro and back office. You will learn how to present organic products attractively, advise customers competently, plan orders, implement promotions and help design marketing activities. As your experience grows you will take on responsible tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

Your profile

• intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• interest in organic and natural products
