Retail Apprenticeship (m/f/d) - Hanover Celler Straße 2026

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Clerk (m/f/d) you will gain thorough insight into every area of an organic supermarket – from goods receipt and presentation to customer advice, checkout and ordering. You advise competently on organic products, implement promotions and sales campaigns, work in the bakery, cheese and bistro counters as well as the back office and, together with the team, ensure smooth store operations.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of high-quality organic food
• Comprehensive, friendly customer service
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Planning and execution of advertising and promotional activities
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Supporting seasonal displays and sales promotions

What you bring:

• At least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• Enjoy dealing with customers and excellent manners
• Strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
