Retail Management Trainee – Organic Supermarket Kassel-Königsplatz (2026)

During your three-year retail management trainee programme at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every department of our organic supermarket – from goods receiving to customer consultation. You will present organic food attractively, advise customers expertly on natural products, operate the till, manage ordering and stock processes and support marketing and sales campaigns. After successful completion we usually offer you a permanent full-time position.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food
• Comprehensive, friendly customer service
• Cashier duties and till reconciliation
• Implementation of promotional activities
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Assisting with sales campaigns and seasonal displays

• Solid school performance (secondary-school leaving certificate)
