Retail Merchant Apprenticeship – Constance Fürstenbergstraße (2026)

During your 3-year retail merchant apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department of the store. You will get to know our organic product range from A to Z, present food attractively and advise customers competently. You will handle checkout operations, organise ordering, goods-in and storage and support marketing campaigns and promotions. You will work closely with the cheese, bakery and bistro teams as well as with back-office staff.

Your tasks:

• Presenting and maintaining the organic product range
• Customer advice and sales
• Operating the checkout and daily cash reconciliation
• Implementing marketing measures
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Assisting with promotions and seasonal displays

What you bring:

• Good school leaving certificate, preferably intermediate
• Enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• Team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
