Retail Management Apprentice (m/f/d) – Krefeld 2026

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our organic supermarket – from goods receipt, cash handling and customer consultation to promotions and back-office tasks. You present organic products attractively, advise customers competently, manage ordering, storage and checkout processes and help implement marketing and sales campaigns.

Your responsibilities

• Merchandising and maintenance of organic products
• Friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Cashier duties and daily reconciliation
• Execute promotions and seasonal placements
• Order, receive, inspect and store goods
• Support sales campaigns and seasonal displays

What you bring

• Good school results, ideally intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy working with people and strong team spirit
• Polite manner and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
