During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Management Assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will learn every process of a modern organic supermarket. You will rotate through all departments – from goods receiving and fresh produce (bakery, cheese counter, bistro) to the back office – and become an expert in organic products.

Your responsibilities

• Attractive presentation and maintenance of the organic range
• Competent, friendly customer advice on organic and natural foods
• Operating the checkout and reliable cash balancing
• Planning and implementing promotional and seasonal campaigns
• Ordering, receiving, quality control and on-time storage of goods
