Retail Management Apprenticeship – Rosenheim (2026)

During your three-year apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our store – from presenting goods and advising customers to ordering, receiving and storing organic products. You actively support daily operations, look after shelves, bakery and cheese counters, bistro and back office, and advise customers expertly on organic foods.

Your tasks:

• attractive presentation of organic foods
• comprehensive, friendly customer service
• operating the checkout and balancing tills
• implementing promotional campaigns
• organising ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• planning and executing sales promotions and seasonal displays

What you bring:

• good school grades, preferably secondary-school certificate
• enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• interest in organic and natural products
