Retail Management Apprentice (m/f/d) – Weimar (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship (m/f/d) at Denns BioMarkt you will gain hands-on experience in every department – from goods-in and presentation to customer advice and checkout operations. You will take responsibility for organic produce, fresh counters (bakery, cheese), bistro and back office and support promotions and seasonal displays. After successful completion we offer secure take-on and a permanent full-time contract.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation and maintenance of our premium organic range
• Competent, friendly customer advice on organic products
• Operating POS and cash reconciliation
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods correctly
• Implementing marketing campaigns and sales promotions
• Supporting seasonal displays and special offers

What you bring:

• Solid school record, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy working with people and excellent manners
• Team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
