Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year
Monthly gross training allowance (minimum):

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant apprentices only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

What you will learn

• Hands-on experience on organic farms or in organic production facilities
• In-depth product knowledge of organic groceries and Alnatura range
• Core retail tasks: stocking, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, promotions, staff scheduling
• Theatre workshop “Cultural Adventure” to strengthen your personality
