Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Holiday leave: 36 days per year
Training allowance – varies by federal state, minimum:

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant apprentices only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

What you’ll experience with us

• “Adventure Culture” theatre workshop
• Hands-on experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
• Comprehensive knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
• Typical retail tasks: stocking and presenting goods, freshness checks, cashiering and advising customers
• Store management tasks: ordering goods, inventory, marketing campaigns and staff scheduling
