Training location: Unterhaching, Karl-Hermann-Weg 4
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year
Training allowance (gross/month):

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

• Theatre workshop „Adventure Culture“
• Practical phase on organic farm or in organic production
• In-depth product and range training
• Sales: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
