Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Halle-Ludwig-Wucherer-Straße (2026)

During your 3-year retail sales apprenticeship (m/f/d) at Denns BioMarkt you will gain hands-on experience in every area of our organic supermarket. You will attractively display organic products, advise customers at the highest level, operate the checkout, manage incoming goods and storage, implement promotions and support sales campaigns. You will take responsibility for fresh produce, cheese & bakery counters, bistro and back-office operations.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food
• Competent, friendly customer advice
• Checkout operation and reconciliation
• Implementation of marketing activities
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Support of sales promotions and seasonal placements

Your profile:

• At least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong team spirit
• High commitment, sense of responsibility and interest in organic products
