Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Heidelberg Fritz-Frey-Straße 2026

During your 3-year retail sales apprenticeship (m/f/d) at our Heidelberg store you will rotate through every department: goods-in, warehouse, check-out, fresh counters (cheese, bakery), bistro and back office. You will learn how to present organic products attractively, advise customers competently and implement promotions.

Your responsibilities

• Presentation and maintenance of the organic range
• Customer consultation and sales
• Goods receipt, storage and preparation
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Support of campaigns and promotions
