Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Konstanz-Fürstenbergstraße (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will learn every aspect of organic retail – from goods receiving to expert customer advice. You will join a motivated team, maintain an appealing product range and independently handle sales, cashier and stock-keeping tasks. At the same time you will deepen your knowledge of organic products and communicate convincingly with our customers.

Your tasks:

• Product presentation and maintenance throughout the store (fruit & vegetables, cheese & bakery counter, bistro, shelves)
• Qualified advice on organic food and sustainability
• Goods receipt, warehouse organisation and seasonal ordering
• Cashier duties and correct cash balancing
• Implementation of promotional and marketing campaigns

What you bring:

• At least a good secondary-school leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong service orientation
• Interest in organic and natural foods as well as sustainable consumption
• Team skills, reliability and commitment
• First practical retail experience is an advantage
