Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) – Organic Foods, Laatzen (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) at Denns BioMarkt Laatzen you will rotate through every department. You will learn everything from goods receipt and storage to attractive presentation of organic foods, master the fresh cheese & bakery counter as well as checkout, bistro and back office. You will advise customers independently on natural and organic products and ensure smooth daily operations.

• competent, friendly customer consultation
• receiving, storing and preparing goods for sale
• cashier duties and correct cash reconciliation
• implementing promotional and advertising measures
