Your tasks

• Rotate through departments such as sales, purchasing and logistics
• Support daily operations: process customer orders and manage small projects independently
• Spend several weeks at our Porta Westfalica headquarters in accounting and HR
• Learn about our services and the entire recycling value chain
• Programme duration: 3 years, with option to shorten to 2.5 years

What you bring

• University entrance qualification or good intermediate school leaving certificate
• Interest in business processes and commercial relationships
• Curiosity, initiative and ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sustainable solutions
