Industrial Management Trainee (m/f/d) – Starting 01.08.2026

Join PreZero for a 3-year, hands-on trainee programme in industrial management, reducible to 2.5 years with strong performance. Rotate through all key areas – sales, purchasing, logistics, finance and HR – and discover the entire waste-recycling value chain of our sustainable industry.

Your responsibilities

• On-the-job training in sales, purchasing and logistics at your site
• Several-week placement in finance and HR at our main sites Porta Westfalica or Wesseling
• Support daily operations: scheduling, preparing quotations and orders, communicating with drivers, customers and service providers
• Learn about our sustainable services and end-to-end waste-recycling processes
• Become the central interface between customers, partners and internal departments

Your profile

• Higher-education entrance qualification or good intermediate-school leaving certificate
• Interest in business processes and organisational tasks
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Sense of responsibility, reliability and personal initiative
