Your tasks

• Rotate through all commercial departments – sales, purchasing, logistics, accounting and HR (including several weeks at our headquarters in Porta Westfalica)
• Work on daily operations: process customer orders and take responsibility for small projects
• Discover our services along the entire material loop
• Duration: 3 years, can be shortened to 2.5 years with excellent performance

• Higher-education entrance qualification or good intermediate-school leaving certificate
• Interest in business processes and economics
• Curiosity, initiative and strong teamwork
• Good communication skills and enthusiasm for sustainability
