You love coordinating large projects, bring site-management experience and are passionate about photovoltaics? Strengthen our team and help us successfully commission climate-neutral utility-scale plants.

Your Responsibilities

• Overall AC responsibility: Safe, on-time and high-quality execution of all AC installation work across several construction sites.
• Hands-on involvement: During your first year work actively on site – from full system assembly to commissioning – to learn every process first-hand.
• AC planning & procurement: Independently order and coordinate AC components across projects and monitor on-site implementation.
• Project leadership & site management: With growing experience take full responsibility for the construction execution of large-scale PV plants (AC & DC).
• Communication & interface management: Ensure smooth information flow between customers, project management and field teams; proactively solve issues on site.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as electrician or comparable technical profession
• High willingness to travel with weekly overnight stays Mon–Thu
• Driving licence class B
• PV plant experience advantageous
• Independent, solution-oriented working style
