Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Analyse operational KPIs and drive data-driven improvements in installation business
• Develop deep understanding of installation and site processes
• Identify, measure and prioritise optimisation potential
• Combine data sources and derive clear actionable recommendations
• Cooperate on equal footing with master technicians, site managers and central teams
• Travel 1–2 times per month within Germany/Europe to understand and implement processes on site

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business IT or similar
• 2–4 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Operations or Data environment
• Strong analytical skills and high data affinity
• Ability to structure and communicate complex matters clearly
• Plus: practical craft experience (electrician, HVAC or similar)
• German & English fluent (C-level), Spanish is a plus
