Carbon Data Analyst

Your Responsibilities

• Review data from multiple sources, identify gaps and resolve them with users via chat
• Become a platform and methodology expert and perform troubleshooting
• Transform Excel data to meet platform requirements
• Work closely with internal carbon-accounting experts
• Continuously improve process efficiency
• Support global customers across time-zones (USA, Europe, Japan, Singapore)

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal English, strong attention to detail
• Proven project-management experience and deadline orientation
• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel
• Strong data gathering, formatting and visualization skills
• Fast learner with a growth mindset; carbon-accounting experience is a plus

Your First Months

• 0–2 weeks: Intensive onboarding on the Persefoni platform and required data types
• 30 days: Independent customer support via chat for carbon-footprint queries
• 90 days: Process optimization and increased efficiency

Job Type

Full-time, permanent contract under Vietnamese labor law
