Contract Manager

Your Contribution

As Contract Manager you will handle complex contractual matters for Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies division. You analyse contracts, identify risks, negotiate agreements and advise project teams on major projects.

• Develop contract and claims strategies and enforce contractual rights and entitlements
• Manage change-order processes, correspondence and contract amendments
• Assess quantum and schedule risks, prepare arbitration proceedings

Your Profile

• 10–15 years of experience in contract and claims management on complex projects
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, pragmatic problem-solving approach
• Solid knowledge of common law, Québec civil law and contracts with public-sector clients
• Willingness to travel; fluent English and French for international customer contact
