Customer Strategy & Operations Intern (f/m/x)

Tanso is a Munich-based ClimateTech startup that guides industrial companies toward a net-zero future. Our AI-powered SaaS platform automates sustainability reporting and enables firms to efficiently capture, control and reduce CO₂ emissions.

Your responsibilities

• Help shape customer strategy and processes from acquisition to customer success
• Analyse customer data to derive actionable insights for product and sales
• Optimise internal workflows to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support preparation and follow-up of customer workshops and presentations
• Work closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams

Your profile

• Enrolled in business administration, sustainability, industrial engineering or a related field
• First practical experience in strategy, operations, sales or customer success preferred
• Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for working with data
• Confident presence and strong communication skills in German and English
• Interest in sustainability and climate protection
