As a Customer Success Manager at Sweep, you ensure that our customers derive maximum value from our sustainability software. You support companies in implementing and optimizing their carbon accounting and help them effectively achieve their climate goals.

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic consulting for our enterprise customers in building and developing their sustainability programs
  • Proactive management of the entire customer lifecycle – from onboarding through adoption to expansion
  • Identification of upselling potential and close collaboration with the sales team
  • Creation of reports and presentations to document customer progress
  • Internal coordination of support, product, and consulting resources to maximize customer success

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting in an enterprise environment
  • Proven success in expanding customer relationships and increasing net revenue retention
  • Strong analytical skills and confident use of CRM or customer success platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Passion for sustainability and climate protection
