Your responsibilities

• Implement, operate and continuously improve data-center services and systems in close cooperation with internal and external ICT-infrastructure partners
• Plan and coordinate external vendors for preventive maintenance, automate and standardise operational processes to increase efficiency
• Monitor the data-center infrastructure proactively, handle incidents, problems and changes
• Implement and enhance security, compliance and audit requirements including disaster-recovery and emergency drills
• Support customers and suppliers with access control, training and user registration to ensure information security

Your profile

• Higher technical diploma in computer science (HF) or Swiss federal vocational diploma (EFZ) as systems technician plus 3+ years of professional experience
• Experience with technical infrastructure operations and customer service
• Strong technical understanding, interest in new technologies and affinity for ICT, network and building technology
• Clean criminal record; data-center or building-automation know-how beneficial
• Category B driving licence; good English skills desired
