Insight into your working day
After the shift briefing you carry out assembly or repair work on generator rotors – from 100 kg to 220 t – in small teams. You record measurement data, report job status and brief the next shift.

Your responsibilities

Assembly and repair of rotors for electric motors and generators including all components according to drawings, work schedules and parts lists
Recording measurement data and job feedback
Support with administrative tasks
Active participation in continuous improvement (LEAN / 5S)
Setting up your workstation with focus on ergonomics and safety

Your profile

Completed vocational training as electronics technician, electrical machine builder, mechatronics technician or industrial mechanic
Professional experience welcome, career starters encouraged
Flexibility, quality awareness, manual dexterity
Team player, self-organized working style
Willingness for shift, overtime and weekend work; crane and forklift license desirable; very good German, English beneficial
