We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own on-the-ground marketing in greater Houston, our newest market.

What you’ll do

• Build and execute a year-round field marketing plan that links national brand goals to Houston growth
• Stage events, partnerships and activations—from pop-ups and demos to community collaborations
• Cultivate local advocates—customers, influencers, civic leaders—who amplify our mission
• Track KPIs, report results and iterate quickly
• Align with central marketing, comms and ops to keep messaging consistent and scalable

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years marketing experience, including 2+ in field, experiential or event marketing (tech, mobility or logistics a plus)
• Proven track record of planning and delivering measurable local campaigns
• Strong project management, attention to detail and stakeholder-relationship skills
• Self-starter mindset comfortable in a fast-moving startup
• Passion for sustainable technology and its real-world impact

Location & Compensation
Based in Houston, TX. Starting cash range: $90,000–$120,000/year gross (≈ $7,500–$10,000/month gross) plus bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits.
