Store Manager Neckar-Alb District

Location: Tübingen / Full-time / initially fixed-term with option for permanent position

Your responsibilities

• Holistic leadership and development of your store team including scheduling and recruitment
• Accountability for profitable operation of our Super-Natur market: KPI steering, ordering, inventory
• Leading by example in daily operations – creating a warm customer atmosphere together with the team
• Mentoring and targeted promotion of individual strengths

What you bring

• Completed commercial retail apprenticeship and several years of leadership experience
• Passion for consulting and selling – especially in the food sector
• Enthusiasm for organic products and sustainable business
• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and high self-motivation
