- Proper product presentation and range maintenance
- Ensuring an impeccable appearance of the store
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in grocery retail, preferably with an organic focus
- Interest in organic food
- Enjoyment of sales and a strong sense for customer needs
- Initial leadership experience, e. g. as shift supervisor or deputy manager
- Self-initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit
