Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented personnel management & scheduling
• Onboarding of trainees and new staff
• Creation of duty and holiday rosters
• Range maintenance and attractive product presentation
• Conducting regular stock takes
• Ensuring an impeccable store appearance

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant in food or several years’ experience in grocery retail (organic background preferred)
• Passion for organic food and sustainable nutrition
• Strong customer focus and enjoyment of sales
• Initial leadership experience (e.g. shift or deputy manager)
• High degree of initiative, reliability and organisational skills
