Energy Specialist (Remote)

As part of the Operations team you are the heart of the company. You advise customers by phone and e-mail on all energy-related questions and take full ownership of every case. Our customers don’t get bounced between departments – you solve their issues personally and competently.

Every day brings new topics and questions. A motivated team prepares you thoroughly, works closely with you and makes sure you keep learning.

📝 What you bring

• At least 1 year of experience in telephone customer service
• Strong customer focus, patience and empathy
• High adaptability in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• English skills are an advantage

Location: Remote or on-site Madrid (Castellana) / Valencia
Working hours: 40 h/week, full-time (choose flexible weekend shifts or Mon–Fri schedule)
Salary: €19,000 gross per year (≈ €1,583 per month)
