Your responsibilities:

• Assess grid-connection feasibility and available capacity with DSOs during early-stage PV development.
• Evaluate grid-related risks, timelines and costs to guide site selection and project prioritisation.
• Coordinate and optimise grid-connection options with grid operators and external service providers.
• Advise project teams on grid-operator statements and requirements.
• Manage external services and costs for solar-plant grid connections.
• Maintain connection reservations and technical conditions throughout development, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
• Act as the primary grid-connection interface between development, engineering and external consultants.

Your profile:

• Vocational training or degree in electrical engineering, energy technology or renewable energy.
• Specialisation in grid connections and solid knowledge of German DSO procedures, guidelines and application portals.
• Ability to interpret grid studies, connection offers and technical conditions at MV and HV level (TAB).
• Hands-on mindset, results orientation and strong teamwork.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
