Your Day-to-Day

As Head of Grid Technologies Substations you will own the business strategy and results for Siemens Energy’s substations unit in Egypt. You will drive profitability, deliver complex projects safely and on time, and build lasting customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full P&L ownership: budgets, forecasts and financial targets for the Substations unit
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with regional and global objectives
• Direct all projects with focus on safety, quality, schedule and cost control
• Optimise resource allocation and continuously improve processes
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams to sustain a high-performance culture
• Manage key stakeholders and serve as primary contact for Siemens Energy Substations in Egypt

What You Bring:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology or Business Engineering
• 15+ years of leadership experience in energy, power transmission or large industrial projects
• Proven success leading large, multicultural teams and high-value project portfolios
• In-depth knowledge of the Middle-Eastern energy market; experience in Egypt is a plus
• General management background with full P&L responsibility
• Strong strategic, change-management and stakeholder-management skills
