HR Factory Specialist (m/f/d) – Duisburg

Your contribution

You are the first point of contact for all HR matters of our manufacturing employees in Duisburg – from working hours and shift systems to vacation and payroll. Together with HR business partners, specialist departments and time management, you ensure fast, efficient solutions and continuously develop local HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent answers to employee inquiries on working hours, vacation, pay, sick leave and site regulations in person, by phone or e-mail
• Guarantee high service quality within defined response times
• Co-design process improvements, create knowledge-base entries and FAQs
• Work closely with HR business partners, payroll and time management; share feedback for process optimisation
• Organise local training and support site-specific HR projects

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in HR administration, ideally in a production environment
• Interest in HR systems (e.g. SAP, Workday, ServiceNow)
• Strong communication skills and pronounced service orientation
• Structured, resilient working style even with high inquiry volumes
• Fluent German, English desirable
