I&C Commissioning Engineer

A Snapshot of Your DayJoin the Instrumentation and Control Commissioning Group and represent Siemens Energy on global projects. You’ll play a crucial role in commissioning world-class, low-emission power plants and energy systems, actively contributing to the energy transition. Your expertise ensures seamless operation of Siemens Energy’s Instrumentation and Control equipment. Collaborate with a multinational team on-site, commissioning components or entire systems, and providing valuable feedback to engineering teams for continuous product improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Commission Distributed Control Systems and Instrumentation for power plants, ensuring smooth handover to customers.
• Conduct tests, optimize controls, and troubleshoot using Siemens Energy DCS System OMNIVISE T3000.
• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate external partners and sub-contractors.
• Engage with customers to ensure quality service delivery.

What You Bring

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and live abroad for extended periods.
• Independent, quality-oriented, and adaptable team player.
• Open to other cultures and possesses a driving license.
