Join Axpo Services AG as an Intern Safety & Security and dive into Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and Corporate Security. Help shape the future of sustainability and security reporting and strengthen crisis management.

Your responsibilities

• Create a comprehensive OHS dossier with KPIs (SUVA benchmarks, LTIF, Safety Culture Ladder) and organisational charts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS) requirements and evaluate whether PowerBI or a specialised tool should be used for future Axpo reports.
• Support specific projects in business continuity, physical security and emergency management to boost crisis resilience.

Your profile

• First experience or studies focused on safety and/or OHS; certifications such as CSM, Swiss Security Officer (SiBe), ISO 27001, ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 are a plus.
• Strong communication skills when dealing with technical experts (e.g. Health & Safety Officers).
• Analytical mindset, basic statistics knowledge and a talent for preparing concise dossiers.
• Ideally PowerBI skills and hands-on experience in Corporate Security or OHS management.
• Excellent German and good English.
