Internship Energy Operations (m/f/d)

1KOMMA5° is building Europe’s leading energy software platform Heartbeat, creating a virtual power plant that links PV systems, batteries, heat pumps and EV chargers. We increase asset profitability and offer customers the cheapest, cleanest electricity tariff. The Energy Operations Team ensures our digital products are available to thousands of customers worldwide. To strengthen our team we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for at least four, ideally six months.

Your responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business on projects such as DynamicPulse and smart-meter roll-out
• Help scale our dynamic electricity tariff Dynamic Pulse
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. local installation companies, grid operators)
• Analyse and optimise processes
• After onboarding, independently manage a sub-project
• Prepare presentations for product owners
• Evaluate KPIs and derive actions

Your profile

• Available for at least 4 months; first experience in the energy sector welcome
• Strong German skills (min. C1) and enthusiasm for data-driven work
• Passion for the energy transition and process optimisation
• Self-reliant mindset and desire for a steep learning curve
