Internship Global Product Management (m/f/d)

1KOMMA5° is building Europe’s leading energy software platform “Heartbeat”. Our one-stop shop sells, installs and optimises PV, storage, heat pumps and chargers – maximising customer returns and accelerating the decarbonisation of home, mobility and life. We scale Heartbeat so people everywhere can live “for free” on wind and sun.

As an intern in Global Product Management you will drive the energy transition:

• Develop innovative energy services for international markets
• Scale Heartbeat AI, Dynamic Pulse, Maintenance & Services in DACH and abroad
• Identify process weaknesses, then optimise and automate together with stakeholders
• Communicate products to internal teams, partners and end customers

What you bring:

• Completed degree or gap year between Bachelor and Master, 6 months available
• Strong passion for innovation and active change-making
• Experience in product/project management, process optimisation or tech-heavy roles preferred
• First insights into energy markets helpful, but not mandatory
• fluent German and English (C1/C2)
• Structured, detail-oriented working style and enjoyment of multitasking
• Solution-oriented, adaptable and team-oriented mindset
• Confident with Google Workspace / MS Office; CRM experience a plus
