Your responsibilities

Support the Head of Investments (Asia) in developing and fundraising for the Japan investment strategy
Originate and screen new investment opportunities in Japan
Help manage our operational and development portfolio
Liaise with London HQ on internal processes
Mentor junior colleagues in Singapore and the UK
Represent OEGEN at conferences and investor meetings

What you bring

Solid PE / M&A or advisory experience in APAC with recognized institutions
Strong track record in deal screening and financial modelling
Extensive deal-origination network across Asia
Fluent English and business-level Japanese
Understanding of renewable-energy or infrastructure asset classes
Entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, financial acumen and excellent presentation skills
