Junior Business Intelligence Analyst (f/m/x)

Your Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automated data pipelines and best-in-class reporting infrastructure for the Heat-Pump division
• Create reports and dashboards that give business units clear visibility and control over performance
• Deep-dive into the customer journey to optimize the conversion funnel and drive operational excellence

Your Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or a similar role
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Python (pandas) and preferably SQL and ETL processes
• First exposure to PowerBI and dbt is a plus; our BI stack: Snowflake, Streamlit, PowerBI, dbt
