Legal Summer Associate (Summer 2026)

Your Role
As a Summer Associate you will join our Legal, Regulatory & Policy team for 10 weeks of substantive, cross-jurisdictional work under the Deputy General Counsel. Projects span corporate, aviation, environmental, healthcare, data-privacy, IP, employment and international compliance law.

Responsibilities

• Research US and international laws; build a reusable knowledge base
• Draft and review commercial, vendor and supplier contracts
• Prepare corporate consents, governance and equity documents
• Monitor new legislation and assess business impact
• Coordinate filings, apostilles and public-authority interactions

Qualifications

• Current 1L or 2L at an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Systematic, organized, deadline-driven
• Solution-oriented mindset; eager to tackle unfamiliar issues
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Full-time, in-person in South San Francisco or Dallas; May/June – August 2026. Two positions available. Compensation: $1,700 per week plus potential housing stipend, overtime and relocation support.
