Join our dynamic Maintenance team at the Tampa Blades & Vanes facility as a Senior Professional Maintenance Engineer (P3). You will ensure reliability and performance of critical plant machinery, develop proactive maintenance strategies, lead root-cause analyses, and manage maintenance projects from planning to execution while driving continuous improvement and compliance with safety and quality standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to maximize uptime
• Lead root-cause analyses for complex equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Analyze equipment performance data via CMMS to identify trends and reliability improvements
• Manage maintenance projects including upgrades and installations from planning to execution
• Provide advanced technical support and mentor junior team members

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical field
• 5–8 years of progressive maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing
• Proven project management and independent problem-solving skills
• Strong predictive and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and CMMS skills
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices
• U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship required
