Manager – Intercompany & Fixed Assets Accounting

Lead the Intercompany & Fixed Assets Accounting team within Vestas’ Account-to-Report function at the Manila Shared Service Centre. You will own ICO & FA processes, drive their migration and embed operational excellence across all Vestas regions.

Your profile:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; CPA, CMA or equivalent certification preferred
• 5+ years leadership experience in SSC/GBS, deep expertise in Fixed Assets & Intercompany accounting
• Proven record in process standardisation, migration and digitisation projects
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS & cost accounting; SAP experience is an advantage
• Demonstrated leadership, customer focus and change-management skills
• Fluent English, willingness to collaborate across multiple time zones

Your responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of ICO & FA processes, ensuring control, compliance and KPI-driven delivery
• Lead a team of ~15 staff: coaching, development, performance & succession management
• Drive clean month-end and period-end close, ageing-item clean-up, liaison with GL and Controlling
• Continuous standardisation, efficiency gains and cost-out initiatives across global processes
• Represent the team in governance forums, manage escalations, audits and stakeholder reporting
