Mechatronics Technician / Mechanic (m/f/d) for Safety Inspections on Wind Turbines

Deutsche Windtechnik, Europe’s leading service provider, employs 2.300 highly skilled professionals dedicated to the maintenance, repair and inspection of onshore wind turbines. To strengthen our team in central Germany we are looking for a Mechatronics Technician / Mechanic (m/f/d) for safety inspections on wind turbines.

Your profile

• Completed mechanical vocational training (e.g. mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, plant mechanic) or comparable qualification
• Willingness to travel Monday to Friday; driving licence class BE advantageous
• Team player with high flexibility and commitment
• Fit to work at height, free from vertigo and physically fit

Your responsibilities

• Carry out safety inspections on wind turbines throughout Germany as part of a team
• Inspect climbing aids, ladder safety systems and fire extinguishers
• Perform any repairs identified during the safety inspection
• Document all maintenance activities and defects identified
