Operations Manager

Full-time · On-site in Mountain View, CA

Your Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site operations – ensure safe, reliable and accessible transport services
• Real-time decisions on fleet, driver deployment, compliance and disruptions
• Build trusted relationships with drivers, support questions and issues
• Turn user feedback into measurable improvements together with internal teams
• Use data and technology to optimize efficiency and rider experience
• Interface between city partners, drivers and Via headquarters

Your Profile

• Experience in operations management, logistics, customer service or process-oriented roles
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Hands-on mentality – on-site presence 4–5 days per week
• Ability to think tactically and strategically and implement long-term solutions
• Passion for sustainable mobility and social inclusion
• Residence in the Mountain View area or surroundings

Your Benefits
