Your responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle in close coordination with line managers
- Advise and support employees and managers on all HR and labor-law matters
- Accompany employee dialogues along the employee journey (feedback, development and performance discussions)
- Handle HR processes from hiring to exit
- Drive HR projects to continuously improve our HR processes
- Act as interface between employees, managers and works council; first point of contact for applicants
Your profile
- Experience in HR within a retail environment is an advantage
- Passion for HR topics with confident communication skills and a positive demeanor
- Appreciation of diversity as a key factor for sustainable corporate success
- Affinity for organic and sustainability values
- Absolute discretion, loyalty, sense of responsibility and strong customer orientation
