Your responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle in close coordination with line managers
Advise and support employees and managers on all HR and labor-law matters
Accompany employee dialogues along the employee journey (feedback, development and performance discussions)
Handle HR processes from hiring to exit
Drive HR projects to continuously improve our HR processes
Act as interface between employees, managers and works council; first point of contact for applicants

Your profile

Experience in HR within a retail environment is an advantage
Passion for HR topics with confident communication skills and a positive demeanor
Appreciation of diversity as a key factor for sustainable corporate success
Affinity for organic and sustainability values
Absolute discretion, loyalty, sense of responsibility and strong customer orientation
