Internship Customer Care / Sales (d/m/w)

Your tasks

• Processing customer inquiries (private and corporate)
• Creating CO₂ reports for business trips and events
• Support in customer care and business development
• Preparation of information and presentation material
• Support at trade fairs & events (e.g. ITB Berlin)
• Administrative tasks & office management

Your profile

• Enrolled in business, engineering, political, social, natural or earth sciences
• Strong interest in climate protection, tourism, CSR and sustainability
• Solid MS-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), Adobe Suite and WordPress
• Self-reliant, meticulous, service-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
• Native-level German and very good English
