As Principal Global Operations in the CEO Office you will drive company-wide operational excellence from our Hamburg hub.

End-to-end analysis and optimisation of operational processes incl. KPI systems, dashboards and performance reviews
Lead and implement new processes, tools and ways of working from planning and testing to rollout and follow-up
Full ownership of operational initiatives – from idea to measurable impact
Hands-on process development: test in practice, gather feedback, iterate and improve
Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless interfaces

What you bring:

5–9 years of experience in operations, consulting, startup or scale-up
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration
Hands-on mindset and passion for optimising complex processes
Proven leadership experience with clear targets and measurable results
Strong analytical and communication skills, especially in reporting and data analysis
Flexibility to travel and support processes at different sites
